We ship Books, Jewelry, Paintings & Miscellaneous Products from Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Products like Electronics, Toys, Tools, Health & Beauty are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA. We source our wholesale products from USA, Austria, China & India. Wholesale products can be shipped from our Nanaimo office or directly from manufacturer to you depending upon order quantity and other agreed terms and conditions. For more information please. Shipping and Handling:
We use Canada Post for shipping Products sourced from Canada and UPS for shipping products sourced from our warehouse in Florida, USA. Your shipping methods and rates are displayed when you place your order on line. The weights of the merchandise are listed on the website. We have a $2 handling per order (not piece ordered). We have a $5.00 handling on all Postal orders (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Military APO, FPO, AE).

As per feedback from our Canadian customers, we ship by United Parcel Service(UPS) . While ordering, our shopping cart will automatically display UPS shipping rates. Please note we only use UPS as our courier service at this time. We have negotiated a fair price to pass on to you. Shipping prices include handling charges.
Alternatively customers can get products shipped to their friends/relatives in USA who can ship merchandise to Canada by any preferred method.

Our website will charge GST/HST/PST Tax to any receiver of a package who resides within the country of Canada. The taxes are combined into one heading on our website. All orders from other countries are tax free.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal ( www.paypal.com ). PayPal is a hugely popular payment processor, and is ideal for customers who already have an account with them. However having said that, to order from website it is not essential that you have a PayPal account. Your credit card information is never stored on our site.
